RETURNS

WE ALLOW 7 DAYS TO RETURN AN ITEM FROM THE DATE PARCEL WAS DELIVERED. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. When returning part, please also forward proof of purchase. The client is responsible for arranging own shipping for returns of items that was ordered incorrectly. Shipping costs is not refundable.

Please note that ALL ELECTRICAL PARTS are final sale and CANNOT BE RETURNED OR REFUNDED. To ensure your satisfaction, kindly verify that the parts quoted are suitable for your specific bike or scooter, as no refunds will be permitted.

WARRANTY & REFUNDS

When returned item was received and inspected, we will notify you of the disposition. The manufacturer under limited warranties warrants many of the items GY6 SALES ONLINE sells. These items generally require manufacturer's authorization before we can issue credit.  We will make every reasonable attempt to gain this from the manufacturer on your behalf.

Any item returned under warranty that is obviously abused will not be refunded.

If credit to the disposition is approved, we will initiate the refund to your payment method.
